Ray Fox, UBHCHY member from Quakertown, was among twelve individuals from Bucks County recently recognized by the Drug Enforcement Administration for his work on behalf of the UBHCHY Coalition during the National Prescription Drug Take Back Days.As a result of collaborative efforts, Bucks County has been the leader in the state on this initiative, collecting over four tons of prescription and over-the-counter drugs since the first DEA Take Back Event in September 2010.

Ray initially learned of these types of efforts after attending a national anti-drug conference sponsored by the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) in Washington, DC. Ray is also a member of the Bucks County Medication Take Back Committee which includes representatives from community prevention coalitions, Bucks County Detectives, Bucks County Drug & Alcohol Commission, Bucks County Children & Youth, Bucks County Area Agency on Aging and the Bucks County Department of Health.
